Obituary of Theresa Paventa

Theresa Paventa (nee Coogan), 83, of Woodland Park, passed away on February 12, 2016. Theresa was born on October 3, 1932 to the late Charles and Kathleen (Carson) Coogan. Theresa was a loving homemaker to her husband and children and a past member of Deborah Hospital. Theresa was the adored wife of John Paventa, the treasured mother of John Charles Paventa and the late Linda Paventa, and cherished grandmother of John Anthony Paventa and his wife Gabriella and Joseph Paventa. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 8:30-9:30am at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral service will begin at 9:30am on Wednesday at Santangelo Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. In lieu of flowers, memorial donationa may be sent to St. Jude Children's Hospital www.stjude.org or to the charity of your choice.
