Obituary of Maria Garcia

Maria Garcia (nee Garcia), 71, of Woodland Park, passed away on February 26, 2016 surrounded by her devoted family. Maria was born on July 9, 1944 to the late Geronimo and Herminia (Egea) Garcia. Maria was the beloved wife of Jose Garcia for 50 years, the adored mother of Antonio Garcia and his wife Ana Maria, Geronimo Garcia and his wife Melanie, and Joseph Garcia and his wife Lauren, and the cherished grandmother of Ana Cristina, Joseph Michael, David Joseph, Alyssa Rose, Dallas Joseph and Adeline Maria. She was the dear sister of Miguel Garcia and his wife Aurora Isabel and aunt to Maribel, Geronimo and Miguel Luis Garcia and Cathy Bernal and Jose Segura. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral Mass will be offered on Monday at 10:00am at Our Lady of the Holy Angels Church, 465 Main St., Little Falls. Guests may arrive at the funeral home at 9:00am. Entombment at Calvary Cemetery in Paterson.
