Obituary of Kevin James Vreeland

Kevin James Vreeland, 37, of Wayne, NJ passed away on March 19, 2016. He was born in New Haven, CT on October 13, 1978. Kevin graduated from Wayne Valley High School in 1997 and was currently enjoying working as a motivated, driven and self-employed salesman for Sun Power, The Solar Program, in Staten Island, NY. In addition to his work, Kevin was a passionate Jets fan and a devoted and loving family member. He was the treasured son of Judi (Lisbin) Marcus and her husband Steve and Bryon Vreeland and his wife Dianne; the adored grandson of Evelyn Lisbin; the cherished brother of Daniel Vreeland and his wife Holly, Christopher Beatty and his wife Jaime, and Robert Beatty and his wife Katie; and an amazingly dedicated uncle to Torrie Vreeland and Brayden, Ashlyn, Juliana, Alivia, and Payton Beatty. Kevin is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. He will be sorely missed by countless friends with whom he enjoyed partying and spending time. Kevin was predeceased by his grandparents; Phil Lisbin, Dorothy Buccier Vreeland, Hooksie Vreeland, Louis and Vivian Vadala and Harold and Lucy Marcus. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 3-7pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A service will take place during visitation. Cremation will be private by the request of the family. In his loving memory, a memorial scholarship fund has been created.
