Obituary of Antoinette P DeLuccia
Antoinette P. DeLuccia (nee Selleroli), 80, passed away peacefully in her home on May 1, 2016. Antoinette was born in Paterson on June 13, 1935 to the late Luigi and Antoinetta (Caselli) Selleroli. She remained in Paterson until 1969, Woodland Park until 2006, and Manchester, NJ until 2015 before moving to Easton, PA.
Before retiring, she worked at Path Mark in Woodland Park where she was much loved by the customers whom she always greeted with a smile. She was also a dedicated parishioner at Our Lady of Pompeii Church in Paterson, a passionate animal lover, an avid Bingo player, a card player and a member of the Mahjong club.
Antoinette was the beloved wife of the late Benedict J. DeLuccia (1985), the cherished mother of Anna DeLuccia and of Philip DeLuccia and his wife Annie Fanelli, and the adoring and devoted grandmother of Anthony Wright, Jr. She was the dear sister of Louise Lapadora and the late Philip and Louis Selleroli, Jenny Sclafani, and Cecelia Kaywork. Antoinette will always be remembered as a kind-hearted, giving, helping, caring and loving woman to all of her family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9pm. A funeral Mass will be offered on Friday at 12pm at Our Lady of Pompeii Church, 70 Murray Ave., Paterson, NJ. Guests may arrive at the funeral home at 11am. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Totowa.
