Obituary of Joseph Fellanto

Joseph Fellanto, 84, of Woodland Park, passed away on July 1, 2016. Joseph was born in Newark, NJ, to the late Salvatore and Constance Fellanto. Before retiring as a dispatch manager for Macy's, Joseph served in the United States army during the Korean War. A devoted family man, Joseph was the beloved husband of Lisette Fellanto, for 26 years; the cherished father of Kirsty Gizzi, her husband Michael, Richard, Gregory, Mark, his wife, Robin, Joseph Jr., his wife Andrea and the late Michael Fellanto; the treasured grandfather of Dina Cashin and her husband, Kevin. Joseph was the dear brother of Salvatore Fellanto and the late Frank Fellanto and Rose Fellanto Caprara. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4-8 pm with a service at 7pm. at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, at 9:30 am at Santangelo Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Totowa.
