Obituary of Judith Barbato

Judith M. Barbato (nee Gurrado), 86, of Totowa, passed away on July 14, 2016. Judy was born on May 11, 1930 in New York, NY to the late Joseph and Josephone (Esposito) Gurrado. She was a loving homemaker to her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Judy was the adored mother of Judith Gerbino and her husband Anthony and Dawn Barbato and her husband Claudio Schiavo; the cherished grandmother of Anthony, Michael and his wife Amy and Charles Gerbino and Sabrina and Sandro Schiavo and the great grandmother of Anthony, Anthony and Victoria. Judy was predeceased by her beloved husband Michael (1993) and son Michael (1996). A funeral Mass will be offered on Saturday, July 16th at 10:00am at St. Michael the Archangel Church, 70 Cianci St., Paterson. Guests may arrive at Santangelo Funeral Home at 9am. Burial will follow at St. Raymond's Cemetery, 2600 Lafayette Ave., Bronx, NY.
