Obituary of Anthony V Altieri

Anthony V. Altieri, 66, of Paterson, passed away in his home on October 22, 2016. Anthony was born in Paterson, NJ on November 5, 1949 to the late Vincent and Catherine (Guarini) Altieri. Before retiring, Anthony worked as a scientist for Hoffman LaRoche in Nutley. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus #3835 in Little Falls. Anthony was the beloved husband of the late Ronni K. Altieri (2007). He was the treasured father of Donna Engelhart and her husband Paul and Scott Altieri and his wife Jennifer and the cherished grandfather of Christina Engelhart and Billy and Faith Altieri. He was the dear brother of Cathy Kutney and her husband Bob and is also survived by her children. Visitation will be held on Monday from 9:30-11:30am at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Avenue, Woodland Park, NJ 07424. A funeral service will begin at 11:30am at Santangelo Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Totowa. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the ASPCA. www.aspca.org
