Obituary of Thomas D Flynn

Thomas D. Flynn, 84, of Woodland Park, passed away on April 1, 2017. He was born in West Paterson on April 26, 1932 to the late David and Florence (Roe) Flynn. Thomas worked for many years as an equipment operator at PSE&G and most recently worked as a crossing guard in West Paterson. He was also a parishioner of St. Bonaventure Church. Thomas was the beloved husband of the late Rosemary (Trinkle) Flynn and the adored father of David Flynn and his wife Pat, Frances Flynn, Joseph Flynn and his wife Diane, Anne Collora and her husband Tom, Michael Flynn, Rosemary Flynn and Dan Jensen and the late Thomas Flynn, Jr. and his wife Judy Flynn. He was the cherished grandfather of 10, great grandfather of 9 and great great grandfather of 3. He is also survived by his sister Rita Neil and his brother Francis "Hank" Flynn and his wife Frances. Visitation will be Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral Mass will be offered on Wednesday at 10:15am at St. Bonaventure Church, 174 Ramsey St., Paterson, NJ. Burial will follow at Laurel Grove Cemetery in Totowa.
