Obituary of Fred DeMauro

Fred DeMauro, 73, of Lincoln Park, NJ passed away on May 11, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. Fred was born on December 12, 1943 in Paterson, NJ to the late John and Patricia (Orsita) DeMauro. He proudly served in the Army Reserve from 1965-1971. Most recently, Fred owned and operated a transformer manufacturing company, Wayne Transformer, LLC in Lincoln Park. In his spare time, Fred had a special interest in antique cars.

He was the beloved husband of 50 years to Jamey (Pantano) DeMauro; the cherished father of Patricia DeMauro Brewer and her husband Andrew and Anthony DeMauro and his wife Kerri Scott and the adored grandfather of Benjamin and Juliet DeMauro. He was the dear brother of Michael DeMauro and his wife Marie and the late John DeMauro and his wife Paulette. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Sunday from 4-8pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral Mass will be offered on Monday at 9:30am at Our Lady of Pompeii Church, 70 Murray Ave., Paterson, NJ. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Totowa.
