Obituary of Patricia Dolores Wilson

Patricia D. Wilson (nee Rivera), of Queens, NY, passed away on May 14, 2017. Patricia was born on May 8, 1930 to the late Pedro and Virginia Ortega. In addition to her role as a loving homemaker, she was also a certified nursing assistant for many years. She was the beloved wife of the late James Wilson; the cherished mother of Lourdes C. Capers and her husband Gregory Capers, Sr. and Jeffrey Wilson; the treasured grandmother of Danielle Capers, Gregory alexander Capers, Jr. and his wife Chaka, and Emanuel David Capers and his wife Christina and the great grandmother of Tyler Lee, Gregory Alexander, Ashton, Aubrey Rose, Scott Alexander, Zyiera Redhead and Leah Capers. Patricia is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 9-10am at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral service will follow visitation and begin at 10:00am at Santangelo Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Laurel Grove Cemetery in Totowa.
