Obituary of Cornelia W Schumacher

Cornelia W. Schumacher, (nee Van Ginneken), 100, of Paterson, passed away on May 31, 2017. She was born in Paterson, NJ on April 3, 1917 to the late Hubertus and Mary (Van Woerkum) Van Ginneken.

Cornelia was a loving homemaker to her family. She was the beloved wife of the late William Schumacher; the adored mother of Mary Ann Reinhardt and her husband Ted, William Schumacher and his wife Gloria and Etta D'Ura and her husband Ed; the cherished grandmother of six and great grandmother of ten. She was predeceased by six brothers and two sisters and is survived many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4-8pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral Mass will be offered on Wednesday at 9:30am at Our Lady of Pompeii Church, 70 Murray Ave., Paterson. Burial will follow at Laurel Grove Cemetery in Totowa.
