Obituary of Mary A McLaughlin

Mary A. Mc Laughlin, (nee Van Houten), 71, of Highland Lakes, formerly of Woodland Park, passed away at home on July 7, 2017. Mary was born in Paterson on August 23, 1945. Most recently, Mary worked in the research department of Valley National Bank in Totowa. She previously enjoyed her many years as the "lunch lady" at Our Lady of the Lourdes School in Paterson.

She was the beloved wife of Dennis Mc Laughlin; the cherished mother of Susan and Dennis Mc Laughlin, Jr.; the treasured grandmother of Raul Garcia and great grandmother of Jeremy Garcia. She was predeceased by her brother Joseph Smith.

Visitation will be held on Monday from 10am to 12pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. Burial will follow at Laurel Grove Cemetery in Totowa.
