Obituary of Antonio Croce

Antonio Croce, 90, of Paterson, passed away on July 18, 2017 in his home surrounded by his loving family. Antonio was born on January 31, 1927 in Roccaspinalveti, Italy to the late Raffaele and Marianna Croce. In Italy, he served in the military and worked as a farmer before immigrating to the US where he worked for many years as a baker. He was the beloved husband of Maria for 59 years; cherished father of Marianne and her husband Gregg and Ralph and his wife Sally; and the adored grandfather of 14. He was the dear brother of the late Ercole Croce and his wife Onelia and Lucia Suriano and her late husband Celestino. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and godchildren in the US and Italy. Visitation will be held on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral Mass will be offered on Saturday at 9:30am at St. Mary's Church, 410 Union Ave., Paterson. Entombment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Totowa.
