Obituary of Jesus A Muñoz

Jesus A. Muñoz, 79, of Paterson, passed away on August 23, 2017. Jesus was born in Cali, Colombia on December 24, 1937 to the late Guillermo Muñoz and Carmen Ruiz. Before retiring, Jesus worked at various construction jobs. He was the beloved husband of the late Gladys Vidal; the adored father of Amparo de Coronel and her husband Gustavo, Isabel Valles and her husband Herman, Adriana Zambrano and her husband Jorge and the late Constanza Muñoz and the step father of James Arias; he was the cherished grandfather of 9 and great grandfather of 11. He was the dear brother of three sisters and three brothers and is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Friday from 6-9pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral Mass will be offered on Saturday at 9:30am at St. Mary Help of Christian Church, 410 Union Avenue, Paterson. Guests may arrive at Santangelo Funeral Home at 8:30am. Burial will follow the Mass at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Totowa.
