Obituary of Ruthann Quinn

Ruthann Quinn, (nee Rattina), of Totowa, passed away peacefully on June 30, 2013. Ruthann Quinn was born in Paterson to the late John and Mamie (nee Kober) Rattina. Ruthann was a school business administrator for the State of New Jersey, serving various districts throughout her career. She was a founding member of the Passaic Valley High School Education Foundation and was also a member of the NJ Association of School Business Officials. Ruthann was the adored partner of Tom O'Brien. She was also the cherished cousin of Craig, Darlene, Kyle and Kelly Kober, Marilyn, Brian, and Amanda Kober, Shirley Bembridge, Carol Cashion, Lucille Attenasio, Virginia McCarthy, Mary Haubold, and Dolores Yaruchuk. Ruthann will be especially missed by her lifelong special friend Maria Pias as well as many devoted and caring friends and colleagues. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral service will be offered on Wednesday at 9am at Santangelo Funeral Home.
