Mary & Family,
Our deepest sympathies for your loss, Buddy served his Family,Country and the People of West Paterson. Growing up on Glover Avenue he was one of my Heroes and it was because of him,his Father, his Uncle Captain Robert Kelly Sr. that I wanted to be a Copper. His Father would take Tommy and I to the Paterson PD Headquarters and Police Garage, it was our playground! Later there was Captain Robert Kelly Jr, Officer Chris Kelly Sr. and Officer Chris Kelly Jr. who worked with my oldest Son Lieutenant Joseph Napoleone, it was a small World. We have a lot of fond Memories of Buddy and you and Tommy.
