Obituary of Francis "Frank" Margherita

Frank Margherita, 61, of Woodland Park, passed away on December 14, 2017. He was born in Paterson on September 8, 1956 to Concetta (Fiorancio) Margherita and the late Pasquale.

Frank was passionate about riding motorcycles and hunting and enjoyed many adventure trips pursuing his interests. He was also an avid Yankees fan and sports enthusiast. Frank had many supportive and dear friends who shared his hobbies and he was a devoted and loving family man about everything else.

He was the beloved husband of Kathy (Sangastiano) Margherita for 33 years and the treasured father of Patrick and Samantha Margherita. He was the dear brother of Benny Margherita and his wife Robin and John Margherita and his wife Michele. Frank is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cherished in laws.

Visitation will be held on Monday from 4-8pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park. A funeral service will be offered on Tuesday at 10am at Santangelo Funeral Home. Cremation will be private by the request of the family.
