Obituary of Jeanette Giglio

Jeanette Giglio (nee Maiola), 96, of Bloomingdale, passed away peacefully at home on February 16, 2018. She was born in Paterson on December 27, 1921 to the late Dominic and Antoinette (Izzo) Maiola. Jeanette was a loving homemaker to her husband and children. She particularly enjoyed gardening and was an exceptional cook who specialized in Peking duck, ravioli and other international dishes that were always delicious. 

She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas Giglio; the cherished mother of Jessica Mirabelli and her husband George, Annette Moschella and her husband Raymond and the late Ralph Giglio; she was the adored grandmother of Thomas Mirabelli and his wife Amy, Michael Sierchio and his wife Tery, Anjanette May and her husband Sean, and Thomas Giglio; and she was the great grandmother of 6. Jeanette was predeceased by her sister Josephine Macioci and is survived by her son August Salvado and his wife Isabel and her daughter Virginia Daniels and her husband Robert. 

Jeanette will be laid to rest with her husband at Calvary Mausoleum in Paterson.
