Obituary of Francis "Frank" Flynn

Francis J. "Frank" Flynn, of Woodland Park, passed away on February 26, 2018. Frank was born in West Paterson to the late David Joseph and Florence (Roe) Flynn. He proudly served his country as a member of the US Army from 1948-1950. Before retiring, he worked as a street leader at PSEG for 42 years and enjoyed working at Costco for 11 years after his retirement. He was the beloved husband of Frances (Falciglia) Flynn; the adored father of Frank Flynn and his wife Kelly and Maria Flynn and her wife Jacqueline Hernandez and the cherished grandfather of Kelly and Dina Flynn and Ana and Peter Hernandez with whom he treasured spending his time. He was the dear brother of Rita Neil and was predeceased by his brothers David and Tommy and sisters Florence, Mary and Elizabeth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and several friends around town that he enjoyed. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4-8pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Avenue, Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral service and entombment will be private by the request of the family.
