Obituary of Dorothy Lorraine McGrath

Dorothy Lorraine McGrath, (nee Perkowski), 83, of Paterson, passed away on June 16, 2018.  Dorothy was born in Passaic on April 13, 1935 to the late Anthony and Margaret (Miller) Perkowski. She worked in various retail jobs before her retirement.

She was the cherished wife of the late Robert F. McGrath for 30 years before his passing in 2016. She was the beloved Aunt Dot to Margaret Sowa, Walter Dzierzawiec, Rose Misajet, William Dzierzawiec, Helen Ferraro, Anna Tawil and all of their families. She was predeceased by two brothers, one sister, her nephew Ronald Perkowski and her nieces Loretta Rodriguez and Mary DeSantis. 

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 19th from 9-10am at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park. A funeral Mass will follow visitation at 10:15am at St. Bonaventure Church, 74 Ramsey St., Paterson. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Totowa.
