I did not know Mike that well, but I was deeply affected by his presence at Getinge. He radiated qualities that were quite remarkable; he was charming, funny and also deeply caring. I am so saddened by his passing yet I barely knew him. This goes to show what a remarkable person he was.

Dear Royce family,
Michael was a shining light to our group and is deeply missed. His laugh and personality was such a joy to be around.
He cared about everyone and always asked me about my family. He always poked fun at how I ended my conversations with my husband, "love you too bye" and actually incorporated it on many of his calls (even work calls), when we would look at him, he shrugged his shoulders, smiled, and laughed.
He made the workplace enjoyable.
God bless you, Michael Royce, and may the perpetual light shine upon you.
