Obituary of Jovo Vucelja

Jovo Vucelja, 56, of Totowa, passed away on January 22, 2019. He was born on February 9, 1962 in Drvar, Yugoslavia to the late Bosko and Djuka (Lukac) Vucelja. Most recently, Jovo owned and operated North Star Home Remodeling. He had a passion for carpentry and enjoyed building furniture for his family in his spare time. He also loved spending time fishing in his spare time. Jovo was a very hard working man. He was very intelligent, driven and successful and always found time to help everyone around him. 

Jovo was the beloved husband of Gordana (Gazic) Vucelja; the cherished father of Aleksandra, Srdjan and Haley Vucelja and the adored grandfather of Emilia Vucelja-Bohning. He is also survived by his brother Vojo Vucelja, his sister Krstanka Vucelja and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and his brother Krstan Vucelja. 

Visitation will be Saturday, January 26th from 4:00-8:00pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. Cremation will be private by the request of the family.
