My sister forever , im thinking about you right now as always. No matter what we’ve been through or what we have done our bond was strong and unbreakable. I miss you so much. I will mourn everyday until i meet you again. My heart, my peruvian princess since 4th grade in ms siptroths math class.. youre not only a memory. Carmen, we were best friends growing up. You were my best friend, my sister, my twin, my neighbor, my Dominican & Peruvian princess. I honestly still cannot believe this is true.
You taught me to love and appreciate all the good things in life. You were such a good soul that God has up in Heaven. Even writing this, I really cannot believe I am writing these words together. I remember when we first met on the bus in fourth grade and we sat next to each other on the bus and the rest was history! We had so much in common, we wanted to make our family happy when we achieved our goals. I've tried not to cry every time I think about you as my heart hurts when I do.
So many unfinished memories, so many missed laughs, so many missed hugs, my heart is broken into many pieces. I'm so sorry this happened to you sweetheart, you left too soon. Wherever you are I'm sure you're living it up with your beautiful soul. I will forever remember and love you princess. I send my prayers to you and your family.

Attended Notre Dame with Carmen. I was 2 grades behind her so we didn’t talk much, but the few times we did she was nice to me and very energetic, loud, and funny. Which are qualities I find amazing in people. I know she’s happier up in Heaven with God!!

Although I didn’t know Carmen for a long period of time she had a great impact on me. She was a best friend to my good friend and roommate. Their friendship alone proved how much a sweet soul she really was. She lit up any room she walked into and always put a smile on my face. I was always laughing when she was around.
