Obituary of Carlos R. Gomes

Carlos R. Gomes, 56, of Fair Lawn, passed away surrounded by his family on March 15, 2019. He was born in August 10, 1962 in Serro, Brazil to his late father Francisco de Assis Gomes and late mother Geralda Maria dos Santos Gomes. He is lovingly survived by his wife Maria Nuncia Andrade. He was the adored father of Raphael Augusto and his wife Isabella Perez, Bruno Gomes, Victor Gomes and his wife ana, and Ana Luiza Gomes and the step father of Rayner Furtado. Carlos was the cherished grandfather of Nicolas, Lucas and Barabara and the dear brother of Antonio Gomes and his wife Elizabeth Leroy, Edilson, Gilson, Ademilson, Genilson, Assilda, and Miratan Gomes and was predeceased by his sister Maria Gomes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and extended family around the world.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 18th, 2019 from 7:00-9:00pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ.
