Obituary of Carol MacDonald

Carol Ann (nee Owings) MacDonald, 62, of Totowa, at rest in Paterson on August 18, 2013. Carol was both in Paterson, NJ to the late Leland and Shirley Mae Bedford Owings and resided in Totowa most of her life. She was an avid bowler and a member of Calvary Temple in Wayne. She is survived by her loving husband, David, Sr., two sons David, Jr. and Jason, both firefighters in Totowa, and two precious grandchildren Andrew and Katlynn. She was the beloved sister of Janet Edwards of Clifton, Robyn Caffrey of WV, Barbara Ann Owings Norman of Clifton, Leland, Jr., Gregory J. and Morgan Bedford of Florida, and Michael Owings of Paterson. Carol was predeceased by her loving son, George Andrew MacDonald, her brothers Kenneth Paul and Jeffrey Lee and her niece Tammy Lynn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4-7pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A service will be held during visitation at 6pm. Memorial donations in Carol's memory may be sent to her family.
