Obituary of Catherine Lea

Catherine Lea, (nee Zour), 86, of Little Falls, passed away on August 24, 2013 at home surrounded by her family. Catherine was born in Paterson to the late Everett and Mary (nee Kruitoff) Zour. Catherine worked most recently as an administrative assistant at the Jersey City Water Commission in Little Falls. She was a former parishioner at St. Bonaventure Church in Paterson. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles. She was the cherished mother of Barbara Jenkins, Charles Lea and his wife Barbara, Michael Lea and Cathy Mills and her husband Peter and the treasured grandmother of Conor, Padraic and his wife Lauren, Eavan, Caitlain, Danielle, Valerie and Veronica and great grandmother of Aubrey. She was the dear sister of Anna Huff and is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral Mass will be offered on Wednesday at 10:15am at St. Bonaventure Church, 174 Ramsey St., Paterson. Guests may arrive at the funeral home at 9:15am. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Totowa.
