Obituary of Marta LoCoco

Marta LoCoco (nee Pane), 91, of Wayne, passed away on June 21, 2019.  Marta was born in Naples, Italy on April 5, 1928 to the late William and Rosa (Camera) Pane. Before retiring, Marta worked for many years as a pastry manager at Lazzara's Bakery in Paterson. Later, she was a cashier manager at Caesar's Casino in Atlantic City. Marta was the beloved wife of Andrea LoCoco for 38 years. She was the adored mother of John Zimmerman and his wife Lana and her late sons Edward and William Zimmerman. Marta was the cherished grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She was the dear sister of Ofelia Dominianni, Clara Paduano, Mario Pane and the late Yolanda Greco. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Monday from 4:00-8:00pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park. A funeral Mass will be offered on Tuesday at 9:30am at Our Lady of the Valley Church, 630 Valley Road, Wayne, NJ. Guests may meet at Santangelo Funeral Home at 8:30am. Entombment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 52 Totowa Road, Totowa.
