Obituary of Peter Michael Kaps

Peter M. Kaps, 49, of Woodland Park, passed away unexpectedly on January 18, 2020. Peter was born in Paterson on August 15, 1970 to Ruth (Deion) Kaps and the late Frederick C. Kaps. He was a member of the Local #11 Union Iron Workers. In his spare time, Peter enjoyed fishing and hunting and using his skills as an ironworker.

He was the beloved father of Michael S. Kaps and Jacob P. Kaps and the dear brother of Freddy Kaps and his wife Donna, Linda Manfredi, and Susan Adamo and her husband Joe. Peter is also survived by many nieces and nephews, close friends and his dear friend Natalie Kaps.

Visitation will be Friday, January 24th from 4-7pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park. Cremation will be private.
