Obituary of Alexander K. Zaccaro

Alexander K. Zaccaro, "Skip", age 73, of Forked River, formerly of Woodland Park, passed away on February 12, 2020. He was born in Paterson on October 11, 1946 to the late Alexander and Rose Zaccaro. Most recently, Skip worked for his son at Amici Pallet, Inc. in Paterson. He also enjoyed being a member of the Lou Costello Boxing Club in Paterson.

Skip was the adored husband of Darlene (McCrae) Zaccaro for over 53 years. He was a loving father to Alexander "Skip" Zaccaro, Jr. and his wife Carmen and to Danielle Mazzo and her husband Rezier. He was the cherished grandfather of Alex and Bianca Zaccaro, Robert Scelzo and Victoria Mazzo.

Visitation will be Sunday, February 16, 2020 from 4:00-8:00pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral Mass will be offered on Monday, February 17th at 9:30am at Our Lady of Pompei Church, 70 Murray Ave., Paterson. Guests may arrive at Santangelo Funeral Home at 8:30am. Cremation will follow privately at the request of the family.
