Obituary of Mary T. UIrich

Mary T. Ulrich, 95, of Totowa, passed away on April 25th, 2020 in Totowa, NJ. Mary was born in Jersey City, NJ on December 8, 1924 to her late parents Charles and Eleanor (Sullivan) Ulrich. Before retiring, Mary worked as an executive administrative assistant, formerly to the president of W.T. Grant, most recently at Continental Insurance Company in Livingston, NJ.   Mary was very active in St. Raphael Parish, Livingston, NJ where she served as a lector, a religious education teacher, a member of the Parish Life Ministry, founder of The Sunshine Club and chaired the parish's 50th Anniversary celebration.  She peacefully spent her past few years surrounded by friends at St. Joseph's Home for the Elderly, Little Sisters of the Poor in Totowa where she enjoyed playing the piano for the residents and participating in Mass as a lector. 

Mary is survived by her nieces and nephews, Timothy McDonough,  Catherine Ulrich, Vincent Kulik, Elizabeth Carman, Eleanor Gilliland, Charles Kulik, Mary Emmons, Joseph Kulik and John Kulik.  She is also survived by 21 great nieces and nephews and 4 great great nieces and nephews.

Due to the restrictions of the Covid-19 pandemic, all services were private. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. 

Mary will be laid to rest at Restland Memorial Park in East Hanover, NJ.
