To Neil’s family,
I so sorry for your loss. Neil appeared before me many times and I enjoyed his company in my courtroom on every occasion.
He was a king and generous person and he always had a great sense of humor. At times he would struggle in his chair to get comfortable and, at least twice, he actually broke the chair as he sat in it. We always laughed at little things like that!
I guess you, his loving family, can picture that. Members of the bar and the court will all miss this gentle man!
