Obituary of Josephine Parisi

Josephine Parisi (nee Gallo), 91, a lifelong resident of West Paterson, passed away on May 24, 2021. Josephine was born on Cedarhurst Avenue in West Paterson and maintained her town residence. She was a loving homemaker to her husband and children and later became an amazing grandmother and great grandmother.

Josephine was predeceased by her husband Conrad Parisi in 2005. She was the beloved mother of Kenneth Parisi and his wife Carla, Elisa Rooney, Teresa Spada and her husband Frank and Arlene Coles and her husband Ken. Josephine is survived by her 10 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 27, 2021 from 4:00-8:00pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral Mass will be offered on Friday, May 28, 2021 at 11:00am at Our Lady of Pompei Church, 70 Murray Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. Guests may meet at Santangelo Funeral Home at 10:00am. Burial will follow at Laurel Grove Cemetery in Totowa.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
