Obituary of Olga "Dolly" DeLeonardo

Olga "Dolly" DeLeonardo (nee Piccolo), 92, of Paterson, passed away on May 25, 2021. She was born in Yonkers, NY on November 29, 1928 to the late Louis and Antoinette (Appicella) Piccolo. Before her retirement, Olga worked at Ralph Piccolo's Pizza in Paterson and was a proprietor of Cafe San Gennaro in Paterson. 

Olga was the beloved wife of the late Joseph DeLeonardo; she was the cherished mother of Joseph DeLeonardo and his wife Susan and Carmella DeLeonardo and her husband Jimmy Bodnar and the late Gerard DeLeonardo and his wife Rose. She was the adored grandmother of John-Paul DeLeonardo and his wife Erin, Danielle DeLeonardo and her husband Tom Wyzga, and Anthony Joseph and Nicole Anne DeLeonardo. She was predeceased by her seven siblings and is survived by many nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be Friday, May 28, 2021 from 11:00am-1:00pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park. Following visitation, a funeral Mass will be offered at 1:30pm at St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church, 286 Haledon Avenue, Prospect Park, NJ. Burial will follow at Laurel Grove Cemetery in Totowa.
