Obituary of Gale H. Galese
Gale H. Galese, 69, of Totowa, passed away peacefully at home on June 12, 2021. Gale was born in Paterson on February 26, 1952 to the late Carmen and Angelina (Travia) Galese. He earned his college degree from Rutgers University and was self employed at Milestones Communications, a pharmaceutical sales and marketing firm. Gale was a member of the Hawthorne Muchachos and was dedicated to the sport of baseball. He ran the Totowa PAL Baseball League and the Sting Baseball league all with a true love of the game. But above all, Gale was a devoted and loving husband and father to his family; always putting their needs before his until his last day.
Gale is survived by his beloved wife Patricia Ann (Carrigan) Galese; his loving children Loren Galese, Jillian Cox (husband Glenn) and Nicholas Gale Galese; his dear sister Joan Reid and her husband John, his sister in law Michele Galese, many nieces and nephews and his dog Harper and granddog Thea. He was predeceased by his parents and his brother Carmen.
Visitation will be Wednesday, June 16, 2021 from 4:00-8:00pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 17, 2021 at 10:00am at Santangelo Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Masoleum in Totowa.
