Obituary of Johanna M Easton

Johanna M. Easton, (nee Van Ginneken), 99, of Manahawkin, formerly of Paterson, passed away at home on February 22, 2014. Johanna was born on November 18, 1914 in Paterson, NJ to the late Hubertus and Hendrieka Van Ginneken. Johanna was the beloved wife of the late Edgar Easton (2000). She was the cherished mother of Marie Easton, Edgar Easton and his wife Shari, the late Ronald Easton and his wife Kathy and the late Robert Easton. She was the adored grandmother of Sean Easton and his wife Michele, Ronald Easton, Jr. and his wife Vanessa, and Lauren Easton and her fianc Richard Arizmendi and great grandmother of Grady and Kelsey Easton and Richard Arizmendi, Jr. She was the dear sister of Cornelia Schumacher and Suzanne Van Ginneken and was predeceased by 5 brothers. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 3-7 pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral Mass will be offered on Thursday at 10:15 am at St. Bonaventure Church, 174 Ramsey St., Paterson. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Paterson.
