Obituary of Vincent DeVito

Vincent Salvatore DeVito, age 70, passed away suddenly on October 5, 2012. He was born in Paterson to the late Joseph and Edith DeVito. Vincent owned and operated Given Cabinet company and M&N Construction for many years. He belonged to the Local Carpenters Union #620. He was a member of the Sussex County Railroad Club, the National Sporting Clay's Association, the Rural Sportsman's Association, the Hawthorne Gun Club and Rock Valley Hunting Club. He was the adored father of Mark DeVito and Nicola Marie Blasucci and her husband Tony and the treasured grandfather of Christopher DeVito and Nico Antonio Blasucci. Vincent is also the dear brother of Joseph DeVito and Robert DeVito and his wife Sandra. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral Mass will be offered on Wednesday at 10:15am at St. Bonaventure Church, 174 Ramsey St., Paterson. Cremation will be private by the request of the family.
