Obituary of Madeline Barbieri

BARBIERI, Madeline (nee Vetere), age 79, of West Paterson, died Monday, January 14, 2008. Mrs. Barbieri was born in Bronx, New York, the daughter of the late Thomas Vetere and late Concetta Scopa. While working as a homemaker, she was a resident of West Paterson for fifty years. She was a parishioner of St. Bonaventure Church, Paterson and was especially devoted to Saint Anthony. Loving wife to Nicholas Barbieri. Cherished mother to Linda Zisa and grandmother to Larry Zisa. Beloved sister to Florence Friedman and Vincent Vetere. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Avenue, West Paterson, New Jersey. The funeral mass will be Friday, 11:00 am at St. Bonaventure Church, Paterson, New Jersey. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa, New Jersey.
