Obituary of Dorothy Johnson

JOHNSON, Dorothy, J. (nee Born), age 76, of West Paterson, died March 24, 2008. Mrs. Johnson was born in Jersey City before moving to West Paterson many years ago. In addition to being a homemaker to her five children, she worked as a secretary at Kearfott Guidance, West Paterson for over thirty years. Devoted wife to the late Joseph. Loving mother to Dorothy and her life partner Kenny, Joseph and his wife Cheri, Cathy Jauch and husband Wally, Gary, and Robert. Cherished grandmother of 11 and great grandmother of 4. Beloved friend of Hernan Miguel. Also survived by her companion George Loehwing as well as many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Avenue, West Paterson, NJ. The funeral mass will be Saturday at 9:00 am at St. Bonaventure Church, Paterson. Burial will follow at Hillside Cemetery, North Arlington.
