Obituary of Dorothy B. Veleber

VELEBER, Dorothy (nee Boyle), age 83, of Totowa, NJ, died March 31, 2008. She was born in her home in Totowa, NJ to the late Robert and Alice (nee Scrivens). Her late father, Robert Boyle, was the first Police Chief of Totowa as well as Mayor of Totowa. Mrs. Veleber was a member of the American Legion Auxillary, Totowa. She was also a parishioner of Christ Episcopal Church, Totowa. Devoted wife to the late John. Loving mother to the late Barbara Malanda and her husband, Richard. Cherished grandmother to Jason Malanda and his wife Carolyn of Middletown, NJ and their two daughters, Kelly and Jayme. Also predeceased by her sister, Margaret Boyle. Visiting will be Wednesday, 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Avenue, West Paterson, NJ 07424. A funeral service will be held at 9:00 am at Santangelo Funeral Home, West Paterson. Burial will follow at Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa.
