Obituary of Majorie Mathews

Marjorie Mathews (nee DeRose), age 88, of Ocala, FL passed away Monday, June 2, 2008 at Legacy Hospice House in Ocala. Marjorie was born on July 16, 1921 in Ridgewood, NJ. She lived most of her life in Paterson, NJ and moved to Florida 13 years ago. Marjorie was a Methodist. Her hobbies included reading, bingo and arts and crafts. She is survived by a daughter Marjorie King, son Paul H. Mathews, 3 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Richard Mathews and son Richard D. Mathews. Memorial visitation will be Saturday, 9-11 am at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Avenue, West Paterson, NJ 07424. A memorial service will follow at 11 am at Santangelo Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa.
