Obituary of Robert B. Platt

Robert B. Platt, age 90, of Verona, passed away, November 14, 2008. He was born October 1, 1918 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Abraham and the late Anna (Karofsky) Platt. He served in the United States Army. Before retiring he was employed by the Essex County Surrogates Court as the Chief Surrogate Clerk. Devoted husband to the late June Platt. Also survived by many devoted and loving nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, November 18th, at 12:30 pm at Restland Memorial Park, 77 Deforest Avenue, East Hanover.
