Obituary of Domenico Stampone

Domenico Stampone, age 78, of Paterson, passed away November 26, 2009. He was born in Fraine, Italy. He worked as a mason in Italy and Switzerland and then as a textile worker at Sunbrighte in Passaic, NJ. He was a former member of the Fraine Organization in Paterson. Beloved husband of Delia (nee DiLizia). Cherished father to Maria Rosanna Cutillo and her husband Anthony and Anna Vricella and her husband Michael. Adored grandfather to Franco Domenico Sigismondi, Jr. and his late wife Eneida, Domenico Sigismondi, Michael, Alessandro, Mercello and Nina Vricella. He is also survived by his brother Giuseppe Stampone and his wife Maria in Italy. He is predeceased by her brothers Pasquale and Giovanni, his sister Marianna, and his great grandson Franco Juan Sigismondi, II. Visiting will be Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Avenue, Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral Mass will be held Monday, 9:00am at St. Bonaventure Church, 74 Ramsey Street, Paterson. Guests may arrive at funeral home at 8:00am. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa.
