Obituary of Carl Kruszewski
Carl Kruszewski, age 73, passed away May 2, 2010 in his home. He served in the United States National Guard and was a member of the American Legion Post #238 in Woodland Park. He worked at Ivers-Lee, a division of Becton Dickinson, in West Caldwell where he was a machinist in the engineering department. He was a parishioner of St. Bonaventure Church in Paterson.
He was the cherished husband to Laura (nee Racis), the adored father to Carolyn Mayerhauser and her husband George, Barbara Vitolo and her husband Rob and Christine Thomas and her husband Stephen. He was the much loved grandfather of Evan and Sean Mayerhauser, Tommy, Madison and Kate Vitolo, and Kayla and Stephanie Thomas. He is also survived by his sister Melanie Bogdanski. He was a devoted uncle to Joseph and Annette Swierzbinski, Wanda Jaslar and Jackie Mann.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 7-9pm and Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park. A funeral Mass will be offered Thursday, 10:15am at St. Bonaventure Church, 174 Ramsey St., Paterson. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Memorial donations may be sent to:
