Obituary of Teresa "Terry" Koch

Teresa "Terry" Koch, (nee Dater), age 82, of Woodland Park, passed away May 30, 2010 peacefully at home. Born in Booklyn, NY as as young woman she was employed by the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. She and her husband, Arthur, moved to Woodland Park, NJ as newlyweds in 1953. Terry was an avid animal lover and a yard sale aficionado. She was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Angels RC church in Little Falls and the Sunshine Lady for the Woodland Park Senior Citizens. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Arthur, her daughter Barbara and her husband Philip Calabro, daughter Kathleen Koch and granddaughter Brooke LoIacono and her finac Julio Ortiz. Visiting will be Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral Mass will be held Thursday, 10:00am at Our Lady of the Holy Angels RC Church, 465 Main Street, Little Falls, NJ. Guests may arrive at the funeral home at 9:00am. Cremation will be private by the request of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the animal charity of your choice.
