Obituary of Marie Liccardo

Marie Liccardo, (nee Boreale), age 97, of Woodland Park, passed away June 22, 2010. She was born in Paterson to the late Michael and Maria Boreale. She later worked in Paterson for Allied Textile in addition to raising her family. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Pompeii Church in Paterson and a former member of the Pompeii Seniors Club. She was predeceased by her husband Frank in 1998. She was the treasured mother of Frank and his wife Anna and Anthony and his wife Kathleen. She was the dear grandmother of Frank, Richard, Annmarie Breeman, Danielle Massood, Adam, the late Christy, and 10 great grandchildren. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers Charlie, Joseph, and Oscar. Visiting will be Friday from 2-4 & 7-9pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral Mass will be held Saturday, 9:30am at Our Lady of Pompeii Church, 70 Murray Ave., Paterson. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa.
