Obituary of Vincent W. Gorski

Vincent W. Gorski, age 75, of Pompton Lakes, formerly of Paterson, passed away July 7th, 2010. He worked as a rigger before retiring. He was a parishioner of St. Bonaventure Church, Paterson. He is the beloved husband of 55 years to Betty (nee Romeo). Treasured father to Fawn Meeker and her husband Leo, Karen Ponzo and her husband Joseph, and Mark Gorski and his wife Barbara. Adored grandfather to Leo Meeker, Jr., Nicholas Gorski, Joe Ponzo, Jr., Lauren Meeker, and Megan Gorski. He is also survived by his brother Edward Brobst. Predeceased by sisters Mary Moore and Carol Gorski and brothers Jerome Hoffman, Robert Brobst, and Stanley Gorski, Jr. Visitation will be Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral Mass will be held Monday at 10:15am at St. Bonaventure Church, 174 Ramsey St., Paterson. Burial will follow at Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa.
