Obituary of John Peluse

John Peluse, age 77, of Venice, Florida, formerly of West Paterson, passed away August 7, 2010. He was born in Paterson to the late Anthony and Philamona Peluse. He proudly served his country as a member of the United States National Guard. He was a member of the Italian American Club of Venice, FL. He was a former parishioner of Our Lady of Pompeii Church in Paterson. He is cherished husband for 57 years to Theresa (nee Servidio) and the beloved father of Sharon Steed. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral Mass will be held Monday, 9:30am at Our Lady of Pompeii Church, 70 Murray Ave., Paterson, NJ. Guests may gather at the funeral home at 8:30am. Entombment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa.
