Obituary of Anne Power

Anne T. Power (nee Passaretta), age 84, of Paterson, passed away September 8, 2010. She worked at the Paterson Post Office as a secretary to the postmaster for 28 years. She was a parishioner of the Blessed Sacrament RC Church in Paterson. She was a member of Our Lady of Pompeii Seniors. Beloved wife of the late George Power. Treasured mother to John Power and his wife Donna, Patricia Galarza, and Cynthia Power. Dear grandmother to 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. She is also survived by her sisters Gloria Vetrone and Jeanne VanderVoort as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son George Power and her daughter Cheryl Power. Visiting will be Friday from 2-4 & 7-9pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral Mass will be offered Saturday, 9am at Blessed Sacrament RC Church, 6th Ave., Paterson. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa.
