Obituary of Michael Joseph Frasche
Michael Joseph Frasche, age 80, of Fort Myers, formerly of Totowa, passed away November 24, 2010. He was born in Paterson to the late Nicholas and Rose Frasche. He proudly served his country as a member of the US Army during the Korean War. He was a member of the Totowa Fire Department and a member of the American Legion Post # 227 in Totowa. He worked as a truck driver before retiring. He was a former parishioner of St. James of the Marches Church, Totowa.
He was the beloved husband to the late Gilda (nee Ventrella). He was the treasured father to Deborah Rothweiler and Michael Frasche and his wife Maria. He was the adored grandfather to Stephen Mazziotta and Anthony Leduc. Dear brother to Nicholas Frasche and the late Josephine Peseller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8pm at Santangelo Funeral Home, 635 McBride Ave., Woodland Park, NJ. A funeral Mass will be offered Monday at 9:30am at St. James of the Marches Church, 410 Totowa Rd., Totowa, NJ. Guests may arrive to the funeral home at 8:30am. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa.
