To My Loving Grandma Conce, My prayers came true that you would leave us peacefully without any pain. You were such a loving,wonderful Grandma and such a kind soul that I know you took a direct flight to heaven and are now a beautiful angel looking down upon us. As Jackie said this isn't goodbye it is simply until we meet again. I love you so much Grandma and I will miss you for as long as I live. You will always remain in my heart.
